He decided to work on a complex project, but was not really ready to complete it in time. As a result, he could not get to work for 3 months because had no motivation and strength. He stopped communicating with friends. He rarely left the house. He got rid of sports and started to eat a lot of junk food. He became irritable and phlegmatic.

Get back to work and start working on projects

Criteria:
1. Restore the rhythm of life "Before", i.e. return to meditation, sports, nutrition, and communication.
2. Understand how to choose the right projects.
3. Create and protect personal boundaries.
As a result, the customers began to work on their website, pages in social networks, and even perform live broadcasts. They found their first project and discussed all the conditions before accepting it. What happened in just 3 months: They have a lot of projects, while their eyes are full of motivating fire. They have a lot of new projects, while the customer is able to choose only the worthiest of them. They returned to sports, proper nutrition, and meditation. The time of training and meditation has increased. The customer is actively studying. They have changed the toxic environment to a developing one. They clearly follow the work-life boundary. They increased the average order price and recruited a team of 3 people. First of all, we managed to understand how the life of the customer will change when the usual rhythm of life is restored: their wings will grow, their eyes will light up, while their strength, energy, and enthusiasm will appear again. The customer decided to change their social circle to like-minded people. We have worked out clear criteria for the selection of projects and a comfortable working schedule. At the same time, we worked on the impostor syndrome (I do not know anything, I am just lucky), financial attitudes (in order to earn a lot, I need to work hard, I am not worthy of big money; there is no honest way to earn big money), fears (what others will say; they will laugh at me). We have also compiled a list of "resources": We have written out everything that charges and relaxes the customer while motivating and bringing pleasure. After that, we began to add one thing to the list per day. Achieved results: They have a lot of projects, while their eyes are full of motivating fire.
Contract cooperation
First of all, we managed to understand how the life of the customer will change when the usual rhythm of life is restored: their wings will grow, their eyes will light up, while their strength, energy, and enthusiasm will appear again. We decided to reintroduce habits gradually without making sharp steps. We started with 3 minutes of meditation per day for a week, 5 minutes of sports were added next week, and a week later we added a salad for dinner. The customer decided that they needed to change their social circle, and find likeminded people to get additional support from them, and not only from me. We used one of the modern applications to track their sleeping habits. At the same time, the customer refused to drink alcohol before going to bed.
In just 3 months, the customer has already realized what was wrong with that project.
All they did was follow the customer and perform all the adjustments right away without establishing the order of interaction in the team. They worked 24/7 for several months while having no rest during the weekend. In addition, they had additional projects. We elaborated on clear criteria for the selection of projects and a comfortable schedule (4.5 working days and 2.5 days for rest). We found out which customers they want to work with and how to explain the order of interaction to them in the most comfortable way by using their website and presentation. At the same time, we worked on the impostor syndrome (I do not know anything, I am just lucky), financial attitudes (in order to earn a lot, I need to work hard, I am not worthy of big money; there is no honest way to earn big money), fears (what others will say; they will laugh at me).
