First of all, I would like to highlight the fact that I prefer to work with men and women from the business world, i.e. business owners, CEOs, and heads of various departments. I also work with freelancers and operating personnel from creative fields; however, it happens rarely.
Here are the key problems I can help you with:
First of all, I am trying to solve key issues, which 'press' a person to the ground, thus not allowing them to open out the wings. It is worth noting that It can be the "impostor syndrome", inability to delegate, as well as serious problems with personal boundaries. However, all these issues usually take a simpler form: There is a variety of things hidden behind these simple words. For example:

It can be that a person simply does not have time and cannot do anything in a timely manner.
First of all, we need to understand the array of their tasks, help to set priorities, and do only what is really important.
There is also a situation when a person cannot entrust responsible affairs to their subordinates.
In this case, we begin to figure out how to build a management system and control the result without doing everything on their own.
Another case is when a person just does not want to do anything anymore.
In this case, we need to work very carefully to find out the reason for such behavior. Sometimes it is just a clinical case of burnout. In this case, only a professional expert can help to get rid of the entire issue. However, in the majority of cases, everything is much simpler in terms of the human condition, while being more difficult in terms of finding a solution. In some cases, such a person may not have a clearly defined range of responsibilities, in other cases, they do not like their work, while in some cases their place of work is the reason for longing and boredom. It happens that a manager or colleagues do not hear them, thus killing all the motivation of the person to work or achieve something.
It turns out that a person is not confident in themselves, their abilities, and their capabilities. In such situations, we are looking for a way that would help a person understand that they are worth something and that they possess unique knowledge and skills. Sometimes it turns out that a person cannot make a major decision. In such situations, we need to sort out what is happening so that my customer can choose a way that will make them happier.
In some cases, a person feels that they are at someone's beck and call.
First of all, we need to understand the reason for the inability and unwillingness to enter into a healthy conflict and defend their interests.
They want to get ideas from an unfamiliar environment.
In such cases, I always use my masterminds, i.e. groups of 5 people with their own goals and desires.

Life is unpredictable. It often happens that a person comes for help, and gets it. However, our life is truly unpredictable, and it throws an unbearable load on this person, so that just a slight issue may result in a total disaster. In such cases, one needs to return to their past, identify things, which have changed, discuss everything, and make required adjustments to solve the issue.

These days, people prefer to choose their profession early. Here is a typical picture: Imagine a person, who studies at a university, and works for five years in a specific field just to understand they do not like it anymore. What are other issues to be addressed when the main problem is solved?
It is worth noting that my customers, who have no obvious problems with negative attitudes, impostor syndrome, and work-life balance, want to solve the following issues:

I am a coach of PCC ICF and a member of the ICF Germany International Coaching Federation. It is worth noting that ICF is the largest international federation, acting strictly according to its Code of Ethics (all cases of non-compliance are severely punished with the expulsion of the member).

I also possess an ACC certificate. In order to obtain it, I had to confirm my practical experience and abilities, complete 125 hours of training, and pass a test that lasted for 3 hours.

Before discovering the world of coaching, I worked as a marketer and organized events earlier. I created and led a solo coaching project for women. Within the frames of that project, I helped them to learn how to listen to and how to hear their inner selves. I taught them to abstract from other people's assessments and do what they really like.

Already in 2021, together with Ksenia Beloborodova, I opened the Inter-view Coaching Agency. We decided to use this agency to provide the same range of services while working together and offering a wide range of additional features.

Who am I and why people do trust me?
I am ready to work with new customers only on a long-term basis.
According to my experience, it usually takes at least four personal meetings to deal with a specific request. In the majority of cases, we need 6-12 of them. There are rare cases when one meeting is enough, but this situation is more typical for tiny "failures." These are situations when a person has already figured out and understood everything, but life has prepared a new challenge for them.
Kindly note that I never promise the impossible.
When a person enters my office, I always warn them that coaching is just a tool. Coaching is needed to get a different point of view on the situation.
I work only with people who really need coaching.
Some people use my services to save precious years of life. While others are able to reflect on their own while making conclusions and acting. If my customer turns out to be a "coach on their own", I will never impose my services. It is not profitable for me to quarrel with people and tell them the following, "I will never make a refund, so, you can just go to court." For me, it is easier and more pleasant to work with people, who can show real results.
I never want to act as a mentor.
My customers only receive questions from me. They will never get a single piece of advice or a single assessment. I will never attempt to "put them on the right path." It is not my way and I will never follow it.
I work only with people whom I can help.
In order to understand it, I always offer a free kick-off meeting for my customers. During the kick-off meeting, I will explain how coaching helps. At the same time, both the customer and I need to understand if we are comfortable together.

We worked in the format of a one-time session.

During the session, I saw understandable signs of burnout: tiredness, lack of motivation, and constant fatigue.
We figured out the problem by determining all broken processes.
While discussing the problem, I saw that Anna began to spend little to no time with her family. When we started to analyze the entire situation, we realized that the issue was hidden in the permanent availability and the absence of borders. Customers would write to Anna 24/7, while she would constantly answer, help, and explain everything to them. She had no power and time left for her family and herself. However, she did not want to stop opening new schools.
We fixed the processes and found something for the soul.
We worked with her attitude towards her borders, and the ability to expose them and control them. In order to change the situation, Anna started crafting natural creams for face and body care.
Immediately after our meeting, I received an extremely positive feedback:

Procrastination and time management
Format of cooperation: Long-term contract (kick-off session + 4 hourly sessions). August-September 2020
This customer came to me to deal with the issue of time management.
The customer is an online business owner. She is also a wife and a mother of two children. She is permanently engaged in the process of self-development. Her life is very structured and systematic.
The key goal for the contract
The key goal for the contract was to find the balance and progress. We needed to build a system for the next quarter in order to maintain the balance in each area (home, business, children, personal time, and relationships) and progress in a way that suits the customer.
Kick-off session
During the session, we managed to establish the goal, and talked about the criteria:
1. Decrease the number of tasks in the daily to-do list
2. Increase personal productivity (I cannot describe the criteria without permission)
Job expectations: 4 weeks of working with a coach = 4 strategies/4 combinations/4 experiments
As a result, we came to the conclusion that 4 bright characters (social roles) get along with the customer. These characters are so different that they constantly conflict with each other. This was the key reason for the inability to find the balance, which resulted in procrastination. We found a way to make all those characters "good ones". We defined the areas of responsibility and boundaries of each of them. As a result, the balance began to improve.
Contract cooperation
At the request of the customer, we started working with time management techniques. During the process of work, we realized that the techniques are useless because the customer wants freedom (she wanted to be free and do what and when she wanted), but at the same time having a clear schedule. We came to the conclusion that flow is more important than timing, and freedom is not equal to schedule. We figured out how to combine both freedom and schedule. We found and worked out limiting beliefs and attitudes ("I want" is not equal to "I need to"; it is important to be good for everyone; you need to do something useful instead of having some rest; fear of income growth).
Burnout
Long-term contract (kick-off session + 6 hourly sessions). January-February 2021
This customer is a freelancer.
He decided to work on a complex project, but was not really ready to complete it in time. As a result, he could not get to work for 3 months because had no motivation and strength. He stopped communicating with friends. He rarely left the house. He got rid of sports and started to eat a lot of junk food. He became irritable and phlegmatic.
Goal:
Get back to work and start working on projects
Kick-off session
Criteria:
1. Restore the rhythm of life "Before", i.e. return to meditation, sports, nutrition, and communication.
2. Understand how to choose the right projects.
3. Create and protect personal boundaries.
As a result, the customers began to work on their website, pages in social networks, and even perform live broadcasts. They found their first project and discussed all the conditions before accepting it. What happened in just 3 months: They have a lot of projects, while their eyes are full of motivating fire. They have a lot of new projects, while the customer is able to choose only the worthiest of them. They returned to sports, proper nutrition, and meditation. The time of training and meditation has increased. The customer is actively studying. They have changed the toxic environment to a developing one. They clearly follow the work-life boundary. They increased the average order price and recruited a team of 3 people. First of all, we managed to understand how the life of the customer will change when the usual rhythm of life is restored: their wings will grow, their eyes will light up, while their strength, energy, and enthusiasm will appear again. The customer decided to change their social circle to like-minded people. We have worked out clear criteria for the selection of projects and a comfortable working schedule. At the same time, we worked on the impostor syndrome (I do not know anything, I am just lucky), financial attitudes (in order to earn a lot, I need to work hard, I am not worthy of big money; there is no honest way to earn big money), fears (what others will say; they will laugh at me). We have also compiled a list of "resources": We have written out everything that charges and relaxes the customer while motivating and bringing pleasure. After that, we began to add one thing to the list per day. Achieved results: They have a lot of projects, while their eyes are full of motivating fire.
Contract cooperation
First of all, we managed to understand how the life of the customer will change when the usual rhythm of life is restored: their wings will grow, their eyes will light up, while their strength, energy, and enthusiasm will appear again. We decided to reintroduce habits gradually without making sharp steps. We started with 3 minutes of meditation per day for a week, 5 minutes of sports were added next week, and a week later we added a salad for dinner. The customer decided that they needed to change their social circle, and find likeminded people to get additional support from them, and not only from me. We used one of the modern applications to track their sleeping habits. At the same time, the customer refused to drink alcohol before going to bed.
In just 3 months, the customer has already realized what was wrong with that project.
All they did was follow the customer and perform all the adjustments right away without establishing the order of interaction in the team. They worked 24/7 for several months while having no rest during the weekend. In addition, they had additional projects. We elaborated on clear criteria for the selection of projects and a comfortable schedule (4.5 working days and 2.5 days for rest). We found out which customers they want to work with and how to explain the order of interaction to them in the most comfortable way by using their website and presentation. At the same time, we worked on the impostor syndrome (I do not know anything, I am just lucky), financial attitudes (in order to earn a lot, I need to work hard, I am not worthy of big money; there is no honest way to earn big money), fears (what others will say; they will laugh at me).

We have written out everything that charges and relaxes the customer while motivating and bringing pleasure. After that, we began to add one thing to the list per day. In addition, the customer created the "I am doing great" folder, where they put all the positive things that others say about them.

During the 5-hour session, the team members discovered internal processes, which prevented the team from working together in a reliable manner. It was obvious that we needed to develop rules of interaction and understand the mission of the team. Each member of the team has compiled a list of "painful moments." They needed to find a solution together. We decided to continue our cooperation on an ongoing basis.

4 sessions
Key task:
We need to figure out whether it is worth staying at a reliable place of work, which no longer brings satisfaction. At the same time, it offers a stable salary. Another option was to dive into the world of business while having no genuine experience.
During 4 sessions (2 months of work) the customer achieved the
following results:
— They realized that they were ready to keep the current position only if they would be offered a promotion, which was unlikely. They updated their CV and started looking for a new job.
— At the same time, they were looking for business models that would suit them.
— They got a new job.
— They drafted a business plan and started saving money for unforeseen events in the future. They decided to open their own business.
Customer's Feedback:
I do not know how it works. For me, it seems that we're just talking about different things. I learned so much about myself in the process of work, although I had a rather negative attitude towards coaches. I have to confess that I had some terrible experiences. Now I realized that coaching is cool! I will come to see Vera in a year when I need to prepare for a new start.

We needed to understand how to find a balance between family and work so that the customer can do everything in time while having enough space for rest and recharge. Eliminate the first signs of burnout.
During our 8 sessions, we worked with the following issues:
— We discussed the balance wheel: We learned the key spheres of life of the customer, her position in each of them, and the missing elements required to achieve perfect results.
— We outlined the most important things to add to her life now and learned how to do it as seamlessly as possible
— We started to introduce useful habits: going to bed early, exercising, eating, turning off the phone in the evening, and so on.
— As an experiment, we made a schedule that the whole family tries to adhere to, including the previously hired babysitter
— We found out what tasks and to whom they can delegate at work
— We discussed all the features of proper resting, as well as how to add it to the current schedule.
Feedback:
Vera makes some kind of magic! It has been a few months since we finished working together. I was not able to implement something, i.e. to turn off the phone or go to bed on time, but the level of stress has already decreased a lot! Now, I have time to play with the kids, go shopping, and cook dinner. I no longer run from salon to salon to solve issues and reproach my employees. My husband began to spend more time at home.
